OFF GRID CABIN

WELCOME TO THE RIVERSIDE

For those who prefer a more secluded and simple setting, this is a charming and cozy “back-to-nature” cabin situated right next to the river “Numedalslaagen”, with idyllic natural surroundings.

This gem was restaured and rebuilt the summer of 2009. It is WiFi-free, has a sun cellular panel and no electricity to allow you to enjoy the silence and ‘the now moment’, during your stay. There is a gas fridge, gas oven, and an eco-shower available as well as water supply right outside the door.

A morning dip, either in the fjord or the river is highly recommended. There are several sitting groups surrounding the cabin.

Pick up some fire wood somewhere on your way up the valley, or buy some from us and we’ll put it right outside the cabin for you.

TOTAL CAPACITY | 4-5 persons.

BEDS | Two bedrooms with one 90 cm bed in one of the rooms, and twin beds in the other room. One extra “daybed” in the living room is available.

SUITABLE FOR | Ideal for groups interested in fishing. This cabin is only for rent during the summer months from May-October.
