Cancellation policy:

• More than 90 days before: 90% refund

• 22–89 days before: 50% refund

• Less than 21 days before: no refund

• No-show: no refund

We recommend having valid travel insurance, which often covers costs in the event of sudden illness or other unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and conditions for facilitators

Minimum 10 participants per retreat. Booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit of NOK 5,000.

Cancellation policy:

• More than 90 days before: full deposit refunded

• 60–89 days before: 50% of deposit refunded

• 30–59 days before: 25% of deposit refunded

• Less than 30 days before: no refund
